Job summary

Paycom in Tuscola, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA to provide compassionate care in a resident-focused setting. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and follow each resident’s care plan to promote independence and dignity.

You will report changes in health status to the clinical team and engage residents and families with a caring, respectful approach. A commitment to ongoing learning and compliance with privacy rules is expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
