Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of the nursing aide schedule under the DON.
• Provide clerical support as requested.
• Assist residents with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families to create a positive experience.
• Participate in training and staff meetings for ongoing development.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
