Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to residents across age groups.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Record vital signs and report deviations.
• Maintain clean patient units and non-patient areas.
• Follow infection control and safety policies.
• Communicate with nursing staff and family as needed.
• Participate in required in-service education and CQI activities.
• Assist with admissions, routine tasks, and care documentation.
