Job summary

Aliya Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide essential support to residents in their daily living activities. The CNA plays a key role in ensuring the health, comfort, and dignity of our residents while working alongside a skilled clinical team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state law.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding.
• Support residents with mobility including ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity per HIPAA and facility standards.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor.
• Complete documentation of care provided and observations.
