Job summary

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA license required or in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred or obtained within 90 days.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Typically able to lift at least 25 pounds and assist transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities under nurse supervision.
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in condition.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and equipment.
• Document care provided and communicate with care team.
