Job summary

Heritage Woods of Rockford is seeking a part-time CNA to join our team in Rockford, IL. Shift: 3rd shift, rotating weekends required.

Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan. Provide assistance with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
