Job summary

StoryPoint Group's Flourish Collection at Rochester is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide personalized care to residents in a senior living community. Positions available: full-time and part-time, with a first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

You will assist with bathing, dining, mobility, and daily living tasks while ensuring safety and compassionate care. Prior CNA/MA certification and eldercare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare/geriatric experience preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dining.
• Provide wheelchair and walking escorts.
• Medication assistance and related records.
• Communicate changes to Wellness Leader and families as needed.
• Attend meetings and maintain safety procedures.
