Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for memory care communities in Knoxville. You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote dignity and independence, and support a caring, secure environment.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, housekeeping tasks, and participating in a team-focused care program. A can-do attitude and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
• Assist residents with meals and snacks
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary
• Housekeeping duties as necessary
