Job summary

Concord Health Systems is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Western Kentucky nursing home group. The role focuses on safe, compassionate resident care in a local family-owned organization.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and documentation while maintaining a calm, supportive environment during shifts. This PRN position supports nights, weekends, and regular scheduling with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky CNA certification.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable attendance and flexible shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide patient care support in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Document care provided in the medical record system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Comply with state and federal regulations.
