Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently certified as a Kentucky CNA with registration on the Kentucky Board of Nursing Nurse Aide Registry.
• American Heart Association BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under RN supervision, including vital signs and glucose monitoring as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and common areas.
