Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Record and monitor vital signs and document accurately in the chart.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide personal care.
• Prepare patient rooms and assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and paging systems.
• Support with feeding and mobility as directed by clinicians.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of patient rooms and equipment.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to patient care plans.
