Job summary

Touchstone Communities seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to support elders in our long-term care community. You will assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and meals, while monitoring comfort and safety.

You will measure and record vital signs, observe changes, and promptly report them to the nursing team. Collaborating with LVNs, nurses, and other caregivers, you’ll help implement personalized care plans with dignity

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, meals).
