Job summary
Dial is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver essential care to residents and support daily living activities in a senior living setting.
You will assist with bathing, grooming, eating, mobility, and daily tasks while monitoring residents’ health and safety. Strong communication and teamwork are critical, along with compassion and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, mobility).
- Monitor health, safety, and wellbeing; take and record vitals; report changes.
- Support resident mobility with transfers, positioning, walking, and mobility aids.
- Document changes in residents’ status and needs; maintain records of services.
- Respond to call signals and emergencies; contact supervisor as needed.
- Assist with cleaning and light housekeeping of resident spaces; adhere to infection control.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information; participate in meetings and trainings.
