Interim HealthCare seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care in long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. You will assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and support the healthcare team in a supportive environment.

We offer competitive pay ($23/hour, weekly), flexible scheduling through our app (PRN, part-time, full-time, days/evenings/nights), and 24/7 on-call support. Eligible employees may access health insurance, Aflac, and 401K plans.

Formación

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (SD) or reciprocity/endorsement.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous CNA experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to different facilities and resident needs.
• Maintain all required certifications and credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, personal hygiene.
• Monitor and report changes in condition or well‑being to nursing staff.
• Measure and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, respirations).
• Assist with meals, hydration, and adherence to care plans.
• Provide emotional support and promote comfort, dignity, independence and quality of life.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and facility policies.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Perform other duties as assigned within CNA scope.
