Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care for residents in long-term care settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring health, and documenting care. The role offers flexible schedule options (PRN, part-time, full-time) with weekly pay and access to health insurance and retirement benefits based on eligibility.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous CNA experience preferred.
• Must maintain all required certifications, credentials, and professional standards.
• Must meet facility-specific requirements and complete onboarding procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, Toileting, feeding and personal hygiene.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Assist with meals and hydration according to care plans and dietary needs.
• Provide emotional support and promote dignity and quality of life for residents.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and facility safety procedures.
• Document care provided and communicate with the nursing team.
