Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support residents with daily living needs and person-centered care on-site in Virginia. Positions are available part-time and full-time with competitive compensation and benefits.

CNAs will assist residents in activities of daily living, follow personal care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed in a timely matter
