Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking compassionate aides to provide in-home care to adults and children, following care plans and state guidelines. You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and simple procedures under RN delegation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or as required by state law.
• Maintains licensure or certification per state regulations.
• Maintains CPR and health certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care, assist with meals, chores and delegated tasks.
• Assist with simple procedures as extension of nursing services.
• Support ambulation or exercises as assigned.
• Follow agency policies and document care timely.
• Report changes to RN and participate in care conferences.
