Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and completion of an approved PCA program. Must communicate effectively, be organized, and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
• Assist residents during meals and activities and monitor attendance.
• Maintain professional conduct and positive representation of the community.
