Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license in the State where the community is located.
• Effective verbal and written communication required.
• Organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Promote independence and participation in community activities.
• Report incidents and document appropriately.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal-related tasks as directed.
• Support move-in transitions and provide emotional support to new residents.
