Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant on Minnesota Registry; must be 18+.
• Previous geriatric care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Adaptable to unpredictable situations and stress.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident well-being.
• Follow state and federal regulations; provide direct care timely and politely.
• Cross-train to float to other Charter House areas.
• Maintain resident safety and comfort while interacting with residents and families.
