Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure safety and dignity of residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding as needed.
• Document observations and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with transportation, positioning, and mobility within the facility.
• Support residents during admission, discharge, and daily routines.
