Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under a licensed nurse.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Assist with daily oral care, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Complete required documentation of care and services.
• Transport residents to meals, appointments, activities, and social programs.
