Job summary

Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The role supports admission/discharge processes and daily activities, while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include following nursing department policies, reporting abuse or changes in resident condition promptly, and assisting with meals, mobility, personal care, and activity participation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA certification that is in good standing with the State.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care activities under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Comply with the Community’s policies and procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect to supervisor immediately and treat residents with dignity and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents and in daily care tasks as assigned.
