Antelope Valley Care Center seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and document all activities according to policy.

Responsibilities include observing changes in condition, reporting to the Nurse Supervisor, and maintaining confidentiality of health information while ensuring a warm, safe, supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification preferred as an added qualification.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before assisting with treatments or meals.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information (PHI).
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure rooms are ready and residents are greeted and oriented.
