Franklin House is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in maintaining residents' health and well-being. This on-site role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and teamwork.

The successful candidate will have a HS diploma or GED, completion of a state CNA program, and active CNA certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Measure and record vital signs and observe changes in residents' condition.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in activities.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures.
