Franklin House is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide direct care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing staff to maintain health and wellbeing. Strong communication and compassion are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program required.
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
• Active CNA certification in good standing; CPR and First Aid preferred; background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with ADLs.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Support nursing staff with daily care tasks and routine activities.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures; respond to emergencies as needed.
