Job summary

Cranberry House is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care and support the nursing team. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, and help engage residents in social activities.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED plus CNA training; active certification preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential in a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA training program completed.
• Active CNA certification in good standing preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bath, dress, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor vitals, report changes to nursing staff, remind about medications.
• Provide companionship and promote resident engagement in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
