Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited CNA program required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience as a CNA preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs including grooming, hygiene, dressing and nutrition.
• Answer signals via lights, bells or intercom to assess resident needs.
• Record vital signs and monitor intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and dining.
• Promote a safe, clean environment and communicate with families and staff.
