Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff; assist with basic healthcare tasks under supervision.
• Foster engagement by building relationships and encouraging participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols; respond to emergencies.
