Job summary

Noland Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily personal care to residents in accordance with the resident’s plan of care.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ADLs while documenting care and reporting changes to nursing staff. The role involves maintaining clean resident environments, transporting residents as needed, and supporting activities and restorative procedures.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama or obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Experience as a CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and ADLs to residents according to assessment and care plan.
• Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and care areas.
• Document care as required.
• Report changes in residents' condition to charge nurse.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes.
• Assist with transporting residents to meals, therapy, and activities.
• Assist with feeding and meal times.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Engage residents in activities and restorative procedures as directed.
