Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and facility policies.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services during meals and document intake.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and monitor intake as needed.
• Document weights and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices at all times.
