Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group in Logan, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under supervision and in accordance with care plans and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• No disciplinary action against certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA services to residents per care plans and policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Aid in lifting, positioning, and mobility.
• Coordinate dining room services and meal delivery.
• Document intake and weight changes.
• Monitor skin condition and report concerns.
