Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care and support to residents. You will work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality service and maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with grooming, bathing, mobility, documenting vitals and meals, and upholding patient rights and safety policies. A strong attendance record and patient, respectful demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess current Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Demonstrates compassionate care for elderly and disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and reality orientation as directed.
