Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain resident environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support mobility: ambulate and transfer residents with devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vital information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
