Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caregiving team. You’ll provide daily resident care with compassion, teamwork, and a professional, cooperative demeanor to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities include assisting with grooming, bathing, mobility, vitals recording, and safe transfers; you’ll document information accurately and uphold patient rights.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Strong communication, self-discipline, and patience.
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
