Responsibilities include personal care, assisting mobility, proper documentation, environment upkeep, and engaging residents with activities. The role requires reliability, patience, and adherence to care policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification (state-specific) and be in good standing.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing per care policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: linens and supplies stock.
• Support Mobility: assist with safe ambulation and transfers.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning and ROM: turn residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion and orientation as directed.
