Qualifications

• Must hold Texas CNA certification.
• Able to accurately record information and perform basic clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, catheter and pericare.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
• Support mobility with safe ambulation and transfers.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
• Assist with positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement through guided activities and ROM exercises.
