Responsibilities

• Maintain a written schedule of patient appointments.
• Safely load and unload patients from vehicle and accompany to offices.
• Arrange appointment times to allow flexibility with patients.
• Deliver and pick up medical documents from physician offices.
• Provide transport services as directed.
• Ensure vehicle is safe and ready for patient transport.
• Provide direct nursing care under supervision as required.
