Paradigm Healthcare is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support Certified Nurse Aides and the Nursing Department in delivering daily resident care at Nazareth Living Care Center in El Paso, TX. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more experience in a related field desired.
• Prior experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill competency standards for non-certified hospitality aide requirements.
• Attend mandated in-service education programs.
• Assist with welcoming new admissions and residents moving rooms.
• Assist residents with video conference and voice call devices to communicate with family and providers.
• Distribute ice, water, snacks, and trays to residents as needed.
• Assist residents during activities and rehabilitation service movements.
• Help residents choose clothing and assist with wheelchair use as needed.
• Monitor residents during mealtime and assist with eating.
