Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform resident care tasks such as transferring, bathing, dressing, eating, and vital signs.
• Document observations and report to nurse promptly.
• Ensure timely nursing interventions and maintain resident dignity and privacy.
• Follow facility policies and coordinate with other resident services.
