Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• At least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA experience while in training.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to interact tactfully with residents, families, and staff.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and emotional stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care under supervision per policies and procedures.
• Perform rounds at shift start and every two hours to deliver quality care.
• Verify resident identity before care or feeding.
• Report missing ID bands and follow safety protocols.
• Make beds, tidy bedside areas, and ensure water is accessible to residents.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
