Qualifications

• Must have CNA license in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 months CNA experience or clinical exposure during certification training.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and procedures and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours to provide nursing care.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and within resident's reach.
• Carry out other duties as directed by supervising staff.
