Job summary

New Albany Healthcare Consultants, LLC is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide direct resident care under licensed nursing supervision in a Mississippi facility. Qualifications

• Must be currently certified and in good standing in the state where the facility is located.
• C.N.A. must maintain at least twelve (12) in-service training hours per year.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and skin care.
• Assist with range of motion, turning, positioning, ambulation and use of assistive devices.
• Assist residents with meals and supplements and document intake.
• Take vital signs and record measurements as needed.
• Read and follow each resident's ADL care plan and observe for changes requiring nursing staff attention.
