Benedictine Living in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care and support residents with daily activities. You will report condition changes to the RN or LPN and document in the POC system, while maintaining dignity and respect for residents.

The role emphasizes time management and prioritizing tasks to deliver high-quality care in a supportive, non-profit senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
