Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills to document care and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Comply with community policies and nursing department procedures.
• Report any abuse/neglect to supervisor.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and dignity.
• Assist in admission/discharge, bathing, grooming and daily activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, feeding, and meals preparation as required.
• Document care and reports to on-coming shift per policy.
