Job summary

Midwest Health Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

The role supports daily activities, contributes to a safe and respectful environment, and participates in a team-based care approach. Responsibilities include assisting with admissions/discharges, personal care, feeding support, documenting care, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must work beyond normal hours and on weekends/holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under a licensed nurse.
• Assist with admission and discharge of residents.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and daily oral care.
• Record vital signs and document care and services.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with activities and transport within the facility.
