Job summary

Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse at our Kansas facility.

The role requires adherence to facility policies, compassionate interaction with residents, and accurate documentation of care and activities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, bathing, and coordinating with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA certification in good standing with the State.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift and move residents according to safety guidelines and policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Follow Community policies and nursing department procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect immediately to Supervisors.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, feeding, and daily activities.
• Document care and services provided.
• Give report to on-coming shift per policy.
