Job summary

Piqua Manor is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under supervision at our Piqua, OH location. The role focuses on assisting residents with activities of daily living, preserving dignity, and ensuring safety.

The CNAs will follow care plans, document care given, and report any abnormal findings or safety concerns promptly. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with completion of required CNA training within four months of hire, and adherence to

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Will complete a State-approved Nurse Aide training program and competency exam within four months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, personal hygiene and ambulation.
• Answer call lights and complete documentation of care given.
• Refer to and follow resident care plans.
• Report abnormal findings or safety concerns.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
