Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under licensed supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; training program and competency exam within four months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, hygiene, ambulation).
• Follow HCF policies and procedures and care plans.
• Answer call lights and document care provided.
• Refer to and follow resident care plans; report abnormal findings and safety concerns.
