Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and active STNA certification.
• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and oral hygiene.
• Help with mobility: turning, transferring, and ambulating.
• Assist with feeding and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Measure and report vital signs per nursing staff instructions.
• Document care in EHR or paper charts accurately.
